Excluded from this year’s Dublin Castle Christmas market due to management changes, the business turned a setback into a showcase of adaptability. “Events like the Christmas at the Castle ensure heavy footfall,” Nigely explains. “They keep us in contact with virgin customers during the high-demand season.”
