New on the Dublin Dining Scene: Crackbrgr and Prince Pizza Join Temple Bar’s Culinary Circuit

At the heart of Temple Bar, Dublin, the former co-owner of Crackbird and Jo’Burger, John Roberts, introduces his latest culinary venture – Crackbrgr. This new gastronomic hotspot, housed at 17 Crown Alley, will surely tingle your taste buds with its array of 18 imaginative burger variations.

From serving burgers on a sourdough bun or in a wrap to even going bunless, Crackbrgr promises a treat for everyone. Each burger is made from succulent Irish grass-fed beef or tender Irish chicken fillets. Don’t forget to try the Crackbrds – chicken pieces marinated overnight and shallow-fried to order, which you can savor as half or full brds, dressed with Buttermilk or Soy Garlic.

Local Craftsmanship Meets Local Beats

All the wooden furniture and fittings inside Crackbrgr are produced locally in Ireland. A mural by well-known street artist Jess Tobin also adds to the ambiance of this two-story restaurant that comfortably seats 75 diners.

Music is an integral part of the Crackbrgr experience, with a special DJ booth, the crack_, perched in the window facing onto Crown Alley. A mix of food and music, each burger’s name is inspired by a popular song, further enhancing the dining experience.

Prince Pizza: Authentic Neapolitan Pizzas Now Serving by the Slice

As the aroma of burgers wafts through Crown Alley, Prince Pizza tantalizes taste buds with its authentic Neapolitan flavors in the former Southpaw spot. Offering a concise yet delightful menu, Prince Pizza serves up nine pizza variations alongside two side dishes, two desserts, and a salad.

The pizzas are cooked traditionally in a wood-fired oven using the freshest ingredients. Prince Pizza takes pride in offering pizzas within a reasonable price range of €10.50 to €15.50. Even better, they are serving their authentic Neapolitan pizzas by the slice!

Savor the Flavours of Naples at Prince Pizza
